DMT GROUP is a consulting firm that offers managerial training, dance/movement psychotherapy, and training in the martial arts. A group of Dynamic Management Trainers are qualified to provide a variety of programs that meet your personal and professional needs. Dr. Eleanor M. DiPalma is Founder and President of DMT GROUP. Her background is in education and human resources training. She is an adjunct faculty member at New York University and at The City University of New York, (Borough of Manhattan Community College and Fiorello H. LaGuardia Community College), and Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT-SUNY). Dr. DiPalma's expertise is in communication arts with specialties in managerial training and development and dance/movement psychotherapy. Her unique set of skills overlap several disciplines:

In the Coles Recreation and Sports Center of New York University, Dr. DiPalma has offered programs in modern dance, Wing Chun Kung Fu and Stretch and Movement
