Special Training Features
Dr. DiPalma has designed
accelerated-learning programs that use movement,
sound, art, creative and critical thinking tools to reinforce training
participants' learning. Individual and group exercises such as role
plays, brainstorming, and competitive games are dynamic features
of the training programs. Through an active and interactive training delivery, Dr. DiPalma
reinforces learning concepts to promote self and group awareness of communication styles.
Active training exercises are highly effective in affecting positive changes in
employees' job performance .
- DMT GROUP designs training programs to meet the needs of
employees. Before delivering the training program, Dr. DiPalma may conduct face-to-face or
phone interviews with the organization's management staff and/or professional staff to
determine the specific training focus and to assess the
organization's goals and objectives regarding the training subject. Additionally,
a pre-training survey may be mailed to employees to determine their training
needs.
- DMT GROUP offers a wide range of employee training and development programs.
Training course delivery is highly interactive. Participants are asked to complete various
individual and group training exercises for the purpose of later applying concepts learned
in the classroom to everyday work situations. Participants complete assessment profiles to
determine their specific needs, preferences or styles related to leadership,
communication, conflict, motivation, stress, and creativity.
After identifying their preferred needs and styles, participants are encouraged to explore
new ways of leading, communicating, managing conflict, managing stress, and using
creativity in the work place.
- The average length of a program is one to two days. However, each program may be offered
in a condensed version for conference presentations or lunch-time seminars. Some of the
programs are led by two DMT GROUP trainers/facilitators (See programs
marked with a (**)). Total participant attendance for each program ranges between 12 and
25.
